Malachi Salcido

Founder & CEO

As the founder of Salcido Enterprises, LLC, Malachi strategically negotiates land and power agreements to position the firm as the blockchain and cryptocurrency mining leader in the US. Salcido Enterprises currently operates one of the largest ASIC server operations in the US.

Malachi’s full service contracting business, The Salcido Connection, Inc., enjoys its status as a 20-year multi-disciplined contracting and project development firm in Central Washington state; the largest in the region.

Nick Warner

Chief Operating Officer

Nick has served as a director of the Company and as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer since its formation. Over the past 19 years he has focused on commercial and residential real estate development, management, and construction. Nick relies on his formal training in industrial facilities management, and his experience managing multiple full-scope, multi-million dollar construction projects simultaneously.  Design-build projects, particularly in emerging tech space with the focus on large power contracts, are his passion. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Facilities Management, from Brigham Young University, Provo Utah.

Greg Smith

Director of Operations

Greg serves as the Director of Operations giving core focus to the day-to-day functions of data centers, worker productivity and profit margins. Greg brings over 18 years’ experience in management and operations which include design-build projects, water treatment, structural, special intelligence projects, utility, safety, and construction management. Prior to joining Salcido Enterprises, he spent six years in the electrical utility sector managing safety and operational excellence. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communications from Eastern Washington University and several certifications in Human Performance / Operational Improvement.

Molly Nelson

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Molly handles numerous administrative responsibilities within Salcido Enterprises. She acts as the point of contact between executives and others, prioritizing and managing correspondences and scheduling. With over 10 years’ experience in office administration settings, Molly ensures everyone is optimally equipped to consistently provide exceptional customer service. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in English degree from the University of Washington.

Jana Bryan

Accounting & Finance Manager

Having worked with Salcido Enterprises previously as the outsourced accountant through a local professional services firm for five years, Jana officially joined the team in October 2022 as the Accounting and Finance Manager. Besides her accounting background, she previously worked as a paralegal for law firms in Skagit, Chelan, and Douglas Counties for over 23 years. Bringing her accounting and legal knowledge with her, she handles all of the company’s complex accounting functions, maintains all contracts and insurance policies, and handles all HR needs.

Jana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Governors University.
